Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Focus Consultants, we strive to provide high-quality study abroad consultancy services to our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances can change and students may need to cancel or request a refund for our services. Below are our refund and cancellation policies:

Cancellation Policy:

If a student wishes to cancel their study abroad consultancy service, they must notify Focus Consultants in writing as soon as possible. No cancellation fees will apply for consultancy services.

If a student has booked a language training or workshop with Focus Consultants and wishes to cancel, they must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date of the training or workshop.

If a student cancels a language training or workshop less than 14 days before the scheduled start date, they will not be entitled to a refund.

Refund Policy:

Focus Consultants does not provide refunds for consultancy fees or language training and workshops, except in cases of critical circumstances.

If a student believes their case is critical, they may send an email to [email protected] to request a refund.

The refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a decision will be made within 14 business days.

If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 30 business days from the date the refund was approved.

Note: Refunds will only be issued to the person or entity that made the original payment.
